Everything-from the aroma of cigarettes to the taste of a smooth glass of Jim Beam-felt ethereal in this lovely, spacious bar with a nice back patio and a great dance floor. The friendly staff, including bartender Bonnie who made the best Bloody Mary ever, along with the live band, good cover bands on weekends, and a mixed crowd created a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made us stay for hours.

The Mug Shot in Talkeetna exceeded my expectations with its lively atmosphere and friendly patrons. The bartender, Bonnie, served the best Bloody Mary I've ever had, making us feel like family.
