On November 5th at noon I went to subway to get a sandwich. When it came time to select vegetables for the sandwich, I noticed that their spinach was quite gross. I asked them if they could switch it out. The response I got was shocking. The person stated "we are not going to switch it out as the bag used would likely be the same rotten spinach". To me that didn't make sense. If you have a rotten vegetable in the tray, why would you even keep it out? If the vendor you are ordering from is providing you rotten spinach, why would you continue to use that vendor. Regardless, the service and response was horrible.
