Food is always good. Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Prices are quite reasonable. We have eaten at, and done takeout for many years at Piccolos, and will continue to

Always amazing service and quality food. Listen to their customers and ways do what they can to make everyone happy. This is amazing pizza, not junk. So understandably food is at your door in 45min to an hour. Made fresh and quality. Employees that listen. Best pizza I've had in over 10yrs in Alberta.
Still got a heavy soft spot for my home town though. No offense to piccilos 😉

Food is excellent. Service has always been friendly, with a great sense of humor when we dine in. Prices are reasonable.

They use to be absolutely amazing. But they slowly started to get slower and food isn't as good. To get your order you're looking at a wait over an hour. We waited an hour and half, then asked how long, were told another 10-15 minutes. Its sad to see what use to be a good restaurant get crappy.

Had the worst experience
Ever in Blackfalds, I use like 99% of stores and customer service in this town, after this experience there is another place I wouldn't order take out from again
Story: piccolo pizza
We ordered two pastas
One wasn't baked but we weren't charge for it so whatever
The other wasn't the one I ordered ( it took 66 min To get here from the time ordered) and I called and complained they told me they can give me 10% off my next order and I can keep the pasta
I'm sorry but $2 would be 10% off my pasta
Are you Effin serious then I said no I would like a new pasta or a credit for next time the lady I'm assuming the manager was like okay it will be about an hour but I want the pasta back that we messed up on
My reply was: umm an hour, seriously I have kids to feed
Then after I lost it she was like 50% off your next pasta
Seriously wtf you can't credit a $12 pasta that you know you screwed up on...... ( she admitted it was wrong on the phone)
So now I'm waiting for my pasta and making my kids other food because I can't even feed my kids the mess up pasta because they want it back... So they can throw it out......
Grrrr
Which really sucks since I love there food
