For the past few years, I've been a regular customer at Pizza 73 due to their gluten-free options, and after encountering some recent issues with my orders and unhelpful customer service, I visited the restaurant today, spoke with the owner, who not only replaced my order but also provided valuable insights into potential inconsistencies, reassuring me of ongoing improvements - a genuinely great guy; plus, the cauliflower crust was amazing, so I'll be ordering again.
