Went to KFC Dunmore Road S.E. today. The food was terrible the chicken was soaked in oil, and the gravy was dark brown and tasted like it was burnt. They charged a lot, too bad it ended up in the garbage.

Got overcharged and a totally wrong meal;called manager back and all he would do is offer a med fry & gravy. Terrible customer service, what am I supposed to do with fries when I ordered chicken tenders!! Unreal and not impressed!!

went to kfc this evening with my husband and daughter. I will not return to northlands location. 7 pm and you have 1 staff member on.. cooking, serving, working drive through and front till.. Not acceptable.. this young man was so busy was not his fault that he couldn't keep up. You had people back out of your drive through because they could not get service, and we sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to get our food.
Not only is this not acceptable, but its not very sanitary.. serve the front customers, touch till, money, debit machine and than go into the back and prepare our food without washing hands (again not the staff fault, he had to keep up because the owners didn't feel it necessary to staff the place properly) If you want to run a business than pay your staff and keep them longer or hire more!
