I ordered 10 shrimp a big box of popcorn chicken and regular curly fries i only received half a small box of popcorn chicken for price of $37

We ordered tonight, and after about 20-25 minutes, they phoned and said they had made our order wrong, and were making a new one. Ok, problems happen. So it shows up 25 minutes later, and guess what. Both pizzas wrong crust. And the wings must’ve been from the original order, as they were dried out and cold.
Now after we got the phone call, we remembered why we hadn’t ordered from Pizza 73 for a long time. The last time we had gotten from them, they completely screwed up our order. I called to get it fixed, and they wouldn’t, but they said they would put a $10 credit on our account. Ok. Few weeks later, I tried to order online. No credit. So I called in to order. They said they knew nothing about a credit, and that they don’t credit accounts.
It used to be a good pizza place, but it seems like the last 3 years, it’s gone downhill. Less toppings, less flavor, and the service has become awful. Good luck with your order
