Terrible slow service.

Ordered via the app. Got there 20 min later, the notification said 15min it would be ready. They hadn't even started my order yet. Ended up sitting and waiting for another 20-25 minutes to get my food. I ordered ahead as my wife had an appointment that evening and ended up having to get food elsewhere as she couldn't wait for this food to be ready. Would not recommend. Poor slow service.
