Aama Nepalese Cuisine was founded in September of 2021 by Chef Gyanendra Sharma and wife Tara Poudel. Chef Gyanendra is a tenured chef with 15+ years in the hospitality industry.

Had an amazing meal with butter chicken, momos, and some of the best desserts I've ever had like coconut rice pudding and homemade toffee cake with creamy ice cream. The owner and staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming-I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!

Had an amazing dining experience at a Nepalese restaurant in Cochrane! The butter chicken and dessert were exceptional, and the owner's passion for the restaurant was evident in every dish. The menu offered a variety of flavorful options, including momos, fried rice dishes, and delicious desserts like coconut rice pudding and homemade toffee cake with creamy ice cream.
