One of my vacation challenges is dealing with leftovers, so hitting up this Indian buffet in Jasper was a stroke of genius-endless dishes, fresh naan, and just the right spice kick to keep things interesting without setting off any fire alarms in my mouth. The cozy patio seating made for a chill vibe, the service kept my water glass happily full, and after a long day of hiking, this flavorful feast was exactly what my taste buds needed.

During vacations, one challenge I encounter is managing leftovers after a meal, but I always find creative solutions.
