I had Herman who was truly a blessing cater a wonderful celebration of life. We had it at Balloon Fiesta event center, where the (event center) employees said it couldn’t be done. Well Herman at Canvas Catering got it all done with a liquor permit in a week !!!! No one else could do that. No one. He even tried to help me get a pig butchered!!! Talking about going above and beyond. Staff did a great job! Food was delicious!! Thank you, thank you Thankyou!!
