My daughter and son-in-law had raved about this place, so we arranged to have my wife and I have dinner with them there. My wife likes fish, so she asked the server if the trout was a substantial portion for $30, and the server said YES. When the fish came, it was so small it took three bites to finish. I sent a letter to the head chef who didn't bother to respond, so I called and left a message for him to call me back. When he finally did call back, he didn't apologize once and said my wife could've ordered more food after the fish! Seriously?! Well, at $30 for a tiny piece of fish with no sides, SHE'S NOT RUNNING UP THE BILL ANY MORE! The issue here is twofold. I had to CHASE THE CHEF DOWN to respond and the SERVER SAID IT WAS A SUBSTANTIAL PORTION. The head chef is incapable of taking responsibility for a legitimate issue where the customer's money should've been refunded or some kind of offer should've been made. This place gets a TWO THUMBS DOWN for an overpriced EATERY!!
