This morning in central New Mexico, I joined Tom Neiman, Jim Tritten, and members of the VA Creative Writing Group for a visit to Thai Spice near Wyoming and Paseo del Norte in the Northeast Heights. The food was excellent, with perfectly balanced spice levels, generous portions, and standout dishes like Pad Thai, yellow curry, and chicken satay, all served with attentive and friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a welcoming place to enjoy fresh, flavorful Thai cuisine.
