For being a chain restaurant, by golly, they sure do a fine job of cookin' up a storm of taste, value and atmosphere! While passing through Amarillo recently, we discovered this fantastic place that caters to meat lovers, regardless of preferences! Great old-style down-home aromas abound here"¦ it'll be difficult to make selections if you let your nose wander! First off, they make their libations right, the perfect amount of alkeehall in their Margaritas, and the beer - mine being Blue Moon, was ice cold! I tried their Country Quail grilled and stuffed with cheese, bacon and jalapeños and - believe me, I can't wait to go back for more! Nuff' said, this is a place that deserves frequency of eating. Go Hoffbrau!
