For being a chain restaurant, by golly, they sure do a fine job of cookin’ up a storm of taste, value and atmosphere! While passing through Amarillo recently, we discovered this fantastic place that caters to meat lovers, regardless of preferences! Great old-style down-home aromas abound here… it’ll be difficult to make selections if you let your nose wander! First off, they make their libations right, the perfect amount of alkeehall in their Margaritas, and the beer – mine being Blue Moon, was ice cold! I tried their Country Quail grilled and stuffed with cheese, bacon and jalapeños and – believe me, I can’t wait to go back for more! Nuff’ said, this is a place that deserves frequency of eating. Go Hoffbrau!
