Stayed at this location after an Alaskan cruise in May, where I found the cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff, small convenience store, and nice coffee shop particularly enjoyable, with Gina providing efficient service, the front desk always ready to help, and Cara making us feel especially welcome with her beautiful smile, while Pai from Sheraton Alaska stood out for her amazing assistance with retrieving our BONVoY Number, underscoring the superb customer service that keeps us coming back to Marriott properties; this served as my base for a 4-day business trip to Anchorage last week, though the lack of the Bonvoy Concierge lounge and limited workout room hours were the only factors preventing a 5-star rating.
