I had the pleasure of stumbling upon a humble yet bustling restaurant between Little Rock and St. Louis, where we were warmly greeted by the owner himself. The ribs were indeed a highlight, with their succulent meat practically falling off the bone, complemented perfectly by the tangy barbecue sauce. My family and I have found our new favorite spot, where the service is friendly, the portions are generous, and the food is simply outstanding.
