When I walked in, Rhoda and her family made me feel instantly at home while sharing stories and serving up some of the most delicious soul food I've ever tasted-especially the fall-off-the-bone ribs, crispy fried chicken, and their famous tamales. The cozy, family-run atmosphere combined with hearty, flavorful dishes like smothered chicken, black-eyed peas, and pecan pie made this an unforgettable meal that I'm already looking forward to enjoying again.
