Left starving.... I waited 45 min for my Togo order which I payed with cash and a 5 dollar tip mind you.I ordered 2 hibachi chicken only to be informed they gave my food to the wrong customer I was told to wait there until they could get in touch with the customer who took my order and return my food which left the restaurant I then ask the Manager so she says “Jessica” if they could just redo my order she says I can wait there and get the order they wrongfully gave away I then asked for my money back and informed her it’s against health regulations to re-serve food that has already been served she did not care about the regulations and tried to pretend she did not charge me. That’s when I about lost it I told her I want my money back or I’m calling the police she gave me my money but refused to give me any Corp or owners contact info hopefully he or she will read this post and contact me I also called the Kampai in the other 2 locations they claim to have no affiliation with the Snellville location worst service ever!!!!!
