I tried the Ranchero kolache for the first time and was amazed by how much filling they pack into such a thin, warm pastry-it truly felt like a comforting, homemade treat. The menu offers a wide variety of savory and sweet options, including vegetarian kolaches, and the friendly staff even warmed up my order before I left. Though seating is limited, the quick service and delicious flavors make it worth grabbing some to go, and I'll definitely be back to explore more of their offerings.
