Our journey through Texas barbecue led us to Stiles, where the brisket and turkey sandwich truly stood out with its substantial, flavorful bite. The sides impressed just as much-especially the balsamic Brussels sprouts, corn casserole, and crispy fries-which paired perfectly with the juicy, tender meats like the moist brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a variety of sauces made the experience even better, ensuring I'll be back to try more of their delicious offerings.
