The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, practically melting in my mouth, and the beef rib was just as amazing with rich, juicy taste that lived up to the hype. Although the bustling crowd and long wait tested my patience, the efficient service and casual vibe made the experience enjoyable, even if the prices were a bit steep for the portions served.
