During my visit to Austin, I indulged in some classic BBQ that featured tender, well-seasoned ribs and a variety of hearty sides like mac and cheese and collard greens. The brisket was a bit hit-or-miss-moist and flavorful at times but occasionally dry-and the service was friendly and efficient, making for a satisfying experience overall.
