My search for delicious cheesesteaks led me to a new food truck at 5th and Colorado, and I was pleasantly surprised. The traditional Philly-style cheesesteak with nacho cheese was flavorful, though I prefer a slightly crispier steak. The kind lady working there even surprised us with fresh and perfectly made fries, making it a gem worth trying again.
