Alan at the shake bar inside the fitness gym was a wealth of knowledge and provided exceptional service. The Berry Berry Trim smoothie I always enjoy after a workout is both delicious and packed with nutrients. The variety of flavors and options, including plant protein, cater to a range of preferences and dietary needs. It's a welcoming spot to grab a satisfying post-workout treat or meal replacement.
