Dining here over the holidays introduced me to an exciting concept where the chef defines the entire experience, making it fun to simply enjoy without the usual decision-making. The service was exceptional, the tasting menu offered unique and flavorful dishes (though I would suggest requesting vegetarian options if preferred), and the atmosphere made for a memorable occasion despite the portion sizes leaving us a bit hungry.
