After a previous encounter left me hesitant about exploring Honduras, Sabor a Honduras provided a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who guided us through the menu. The dishes, though pricier than expected, were flavorful and served in generous portions. Despite its location near dumpsters, the food truck offered some of the best Honduran cuisine I've tried, particularly the pollo catrachos and tacos catrachos.
