The food truck scene is vibrant, and I was immediately drawn in by the eclectic menu and the chef's friendly demeanor. The falafel I tried was a revelation, perfectly crispy on the outside with a burst of freshness from homemade toppings, while the salmon and crawfish balls were expertly fried and beautifully presented. Each dish was crafted with care, making me eager to return and explore more of the unique offerings, including shark kebabs and delicious smoothies.
