The brisket tacos were incredibly flavorful, with tender meat and a beautiful bark that made them stand out. I also enjoyed the burnt ends, which were packed with meaty goodness, especially when paired with the vinegar-based sauce, and the smoked mac and cheese lived up to expectations. The service was friendly and efficient, making the overall experience enjoyable and definitely worth repeating.
