The atmosphere at Shiner's Saloon is lively with a great happy hour and talented musicians performing. The venue offers good food and drinks, a pleasant balcony to relax on, and friendly staff providing excellent service. It may take a bit of searching to locate the establishment, but the experience of enjoying live music on the rooftop and at the bar on the 2nd floor makes it a worthwhile destination for those seeking a fun and vibrant spot in Austin.
