I checked out Golden Chick while in Austin, and I was thrilled to finally try it since we don't have it in Utah. The food was really tasty, especially the catfish, and even though there was a mix-up with my order, the staff handled it with such kindness and efficiency that I left feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Recently tried Golden Chick and was impressed by the delicious chicken strip meal, although the fries could have been better. Despite the minor hiccup with our order, the friendly and efficient service, especially at the busy North Lamar location, made for a positive experience that I would definitely repeat. The hot and crispy catfish, along with the excellent service, has made me a lifelong fan of Golden Chick - a pleasant surprise during my recent visit to the drive-thru.
