TRUE HEAVY SMOKED SOUTHERN STYLE BBQ. i LOVED IT ALL. THE FRESH VEGGIES REMINDED ME OF MY GRANDMOTHERS COOKING.FROM REVIEWS I HAVE READ IT IS OBVIOUS SOME PEOPLE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO EAST AUSTIN FOR BBQ.REMINDS ME OF THE OLD DAYS IN THE SIXTIES WHILE AT UT.I HOPE THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR STYLE OF COOKING; TOTALLY NON COMMERCIAL AND LIKE EATING AT COUNTRY FAMILY REUNION. WILL BE BACK AND CALL OLD SCHOOL FRIENDS.

Food was excellent, however the start up jitters were evident. Everyone was running into each other. It is my hope that things will settle down so I can go back enjoy the food without the confusion and long wait.
