The food hit the right notes for the most part, with wings that had the perfect balance of softness and sweetness and burgers loaded just right-not those sad little patties hiding under giant buns. Customer service was a real standout, especially thanks to Joe, who treated us like royalty whether he was a server or the big boss (if he isn't, he should be), and Jahmil, who went the extra mile to split our order perfectly and keep us smiling despite the mask muffling. Sure, there were a couple of hiccups like a questionable salad and chili that tasted like it came straight from a can, but overall, with friendly staff, diner vibes, and wallet-friendly prices, this joint keeps pulling me back for more.

I had a meal at a restaurant recently and found the food to be satisfactory overall. However, there was a slight issue with the salad and my mom felt unwell later that evening. Despite this, everything else about the experience was excellent. I particularly appreciated the exceptional service provided by Joe, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
