i had the worst customer service experience there last weekend. I ordered food and wasn't given a receipt s. My phone alerted me that my food was ready. I went to the back counter to pick it up. I waited for 10 minutes no one came to assist me. I went to the front counter rang the bell and waited for another 10 minutes. The young lady came and asked me what name I put the order under. She then proceeded to tell me I didn't order any food. She was the one that took my order. I showed her my phone, she looked at me rolled her eyes, threw her hands up and walked away. I was very surprised by her lack of professionalism and courtesy. I went to back to the back counter and a gentleman tried to help me. He was very polite and professional. She comes up to him and tell him I didn't order anything. Then she starts yelling at me, using profanity and walked away. At this point i just found the manager of the club and requested a refund. I went there for the food and music. The Manager resolved the issue quickly. If you go, there ask for Brandi or the gentleman that works there. They are awesome
