I tried the fiery Schezuan ramen, and man, was it a flavor explosion! Ejji Ramen nailed it with their solid menu and the option to build your own bowl. The Tonkotsu Porky Ramen was a hit for me, with delicious pork belly and shredded pork, plus all the fixings.
