Won't go back. In the last few months, the price of a four piece chicken dinner has been increased some 60%. It is now no bargain. Seems like the owner is trying to cash in on longtime customer loyalty.

I have been eating here since a kid, haven't much in the last couple years due to the last couple experiences. However, after tonight I will never eat there again!!! I am a business owner and if my employees acted like the Suds Huts'employees did tonight with a full 2 hours before close,I would fire every one of them. Absolutely ridiculous, and if they are in business much longer I won't believe it. Talk about ruining a Billings landmark.

What another Terrible experience. I used to love coming here with friends having some great food a couple beers. Simple. The service and service providers at Suds Hut can be summed up in one sentence. Rude, inconsiderate prison convict trash. Our meal was disgusting beers werent as cold as they could be. Every request we had for our servers (bar and restraunt) acted like we were inconviencing them. HELLO!! we are paying! Word of advice to the owvers- Over look the tax break you are clearly getting to hire such ignorance and start from scratch. We want the old Suds Hut Back!

We have eaten suds hut for years and loved it. The last couple times were mediocre but we weren't ready to give up on them yet. Last night we ordered some of their wings to go. When we got them home we noticed they were a 1/4 of the size they used to be and over cooked. We called hoping for some compensation but were told by the girl that she was new and didn't know quite what to do. There was an off taste to them so I didn't eat them, my husband who was hungry ate 5 of them. He has been throwing up since. I called back today asking for a manager to explain the situation and hoping she had a better idea of how to treat customers. I was told the wings were perfect and that I was wrong to not be satisfied. As far as my husband is concerned I was told maybe I should call the health department. I've worked years in the service industry and have never seen such disregard for a customer. They could have simply offered us credit for the money we spent and apologized, instead they lost long time customers. We will never eat there again and will also make sure as many people as possible know of our terrible experience. On a good note I picked up wings from the Grandstand to replace the bad suds hut ones last night and they were phenomenal.

1st, Don't go in through the casino. Like some other casinos here, it is loud and the staff is not the most professional and it is a maze to get in top the restaurant.
2nd, sometimes the service is so and they seem understaffed when it is busy. If it is full and busy, that must mean there are lots of folks who love the food. There are only 2 servers, so sit back and relax! The interior is a bit outdated, but that is fine with me, as then I know I am not paying for a new decor!
3rd, Salas bar is very minimal, yes it needs more add-on ingredients and dressings. The food is amazing! They are known for the ribs and the broasted chicken. The chicken is our favorite and there is more than enough to have dinner and lunch the next day. If you order out, be sure to get there in time, then your spuds are not soggy. If you have to wait, so what?
4th All in all, Suds Hut is a Billings staple, it has lasted the years and is still there going strong. Not a preppy or Generation X fancy place but a laid back, family friendly good eating kind of place!

What a horrible place, some girl friends and I were looking for a good night in a "quiet " space Saturday evening 12-15-2012 we entered the casino to find the bartender screaming "get the f out" and acting like a lunatic to a customer. The two gentlemen at the bar looked uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not inviting as other servers were standing around looking just as miserable as the other people in the casino. I asked the bigger gal her name and was informed the bartenders name was Lacey. Well thank you Lacey we will never return to this establishment again. And how unfortunate that such a establishment hired you and has to lose out on good business. Extremely disappointed! And we didn't even get served!

I have eaten at the suds hut hundreds of times, and enjoy every single time! The servers are not only nice, but extremely fun as well. We have never gone and not had a good laugh with one of them. My children are both young And actually ask to go there because they like the girls so much. Our food is always served hot, and the very few times we've had problems we simply told our waitress and she was glad to fix it. I highly recommend the suds hut not only for great food but also great service.

This was a disappointing choice to eat here with all the good restaurants in Billings. The salad bar was, well terrible.. All they had was lettuce and a cold slaw that was very blah tasting. The toppings for the salad were stored in like ½ gallon tubs that they had received something in for the kitchen. There were only a few croutons and tomatoes left in the bottoms of the tubs and you had to try really hard to get them out. My mom couldn’t even get hers so I had to do it for her. Very poor set up. The meal was so-so, my brother had a rib steak and backed potato that he said was good, but the chicken fried steaks were edible, but the mashed potatoes and rolls were awful. This place needs a new cook and some quality control.

DON'T GO...This establishment (bar) needs to be update. The TV commercial entices you to believe that kids are welcome. This is not an atmosphere for childrent to go to. The salad bar only consisted on lettuce, carrots and coutons. The pasta salad was uneatable. I asked the waitress if she was going to remove it from the bar and I was told that it always tastes like that. I had to spit mine out.

I ordered the seafood dinner. ALL of the fish, oysters, etc were pre-frozen, overcooked and dried out. The fries were served cold and seemingly cooked in the same oil with everything else. I was with a party of 9 and NONE OF US could eat our meals. Even the chicken in the chicken salad was dried out. This literally was the worst meal I have eaten anywhere. I will never go again.

My family and I have eaten at SudsHut many times and have always had very good food. I have recommended this "chicken place" to several people and will continue to do so!!

I used to love eating at the Suds Hut. The last trhee times have been terrible. I had a steak that was so leathery it was unedible, then had a bavaran baron of beef sandwich that wasn't anything like it used to be and tonithg their chicken smelled rancid. Yuck! Three strikes and your out.
