I adore the wings and fries here; they are always fresh and made to order, showcasing the staff's expertise. The family running the place is incredibly friendly, always ready to serve with a smile, and the cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience. Whenever I visit, my meal is consistently delicious, particularly their lemon pepper wings, which are the best I've had in Birmingham.

The owner are rude and stingy! Didn't want to give me extra salt on my fries. And after this last time getting extremely rude gestures made at us after asking for extra refills on our drinks I will not return. Complete lack of customer appreciation!
