There have been some major changes in Great Wall staffing and, unfortunately and sadly, it has had negative affect on the taste and quality of the food.
Items that I have eaten there for many many years were always fresh tasting, flavorful, colorful and spicy.
My last 2 Hunan style meals were bland, minimally “hot”, mushy looking and nowhere near the level of “goodness” I experienced prior to the staffing changes.
