Have to begin by saying we normally order on line and then pick up from Pokeworks weekly, sometimes more often. Love the bowl/combination I always get. Tonight is the third time we have tried ordering though a delivery service (Door Dash) and not once has our delivered order been correct. Checked to see that we ordered the same thing we order for pick up and yes we did. Tonight one bowl had correct ingredients but the bowl size was much less than normal. The second bowl ingredients were wrong and the amount (ordered three proteins) received was maybe half as compared to when we pick up. Don't understand why ordering on line directly or from a delivery service would /should yield such a different result. Customers should be able to count on the quality and correctness of their order either way.
