Curiosity led me to try this new Peruvian restaurant in my neighborhood, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rich flavors and tender, perfectly seasoned chicken that felt like a home-cooked meal. Between the delicious Pollo A la Brasa with its unique sauce and the sweet alfajores for dessert, every bite left me eager to explore more of their menu.

I randomly stopped by this new Peruvian joint in my neighborhood today and dang, it was legit. The food is bomb - tons of flavors and the Peruvian chicken is a game changer. Seriously, skip the beans and go straight for the alfajores for dessert, you won't regret it!
