Working in the Ashburton building, I've found this cafe to be a reliable go-to for breakfast and lunch with a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order options that never break the bank. The friendly staff recognize regulars quickly, and the coffee selection alone-twelve varieties including soy milk-is enough to keep me coming back. Navigating security can be a bit of a hassle, but once inside, the extensive salad bar, grill station, daily specials, and ample seating make it a convenient and satisfying spot to grab a meal downtown.

I frequent the cafe located in the Ashburton building due to business reasons. The cafe is easily accessible post-security and offers a range of breakfast and lunch options, including a variety of coffee and freshly made meals.

Tony the owner of ashburton cafe abuses his employees with a tremendous work load for next to no compensation its criminal.I think he would sell his own child for a shiney quarter.the employees work their butts off and never ever even get a thank you from him.the employees are awesome they deserve so much more.
