After hitting up the Portal Therma Culture sauna, I swung by Sanitas and was reminded of its solid vibe, though the beer didn't leave me craving a repeat visit. The ambiance was nice with vaulted ceilings, outdoor seating, and a taco truck that I couldn't resist, especially the vegan options!

Visited Sanitas after checking out the sauna at Portal Therma Culture. It had been a while since I was last there, but the brewery still offers a nice vibe and plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. The flight we shared had a mix of beers, with the passionfruit sour standing out as my favorite. Overall, a solid spot for some brews and tacos, especially on a sunny Colorado day.
