Delicious food with very good vegetarian and also gluten free options. Appears to be an ordinary Mex place but actually surprisingly good. Nice people who care run this place. I recommend you try it.
They have complimentary chips and salsa. The green chili sauce is very hot, made of jalapeno peppers but I ask to mix Green chili with the regular green sauce and it is perfectly flavorful and hot. Tasty rice and beans. Good Enchiladas sauce. Nice laid back, old school Mexican food with good service.

We had made DosWapos Lafayette, CO our Number 1 choice for Mexican food and always took our guests there to eat. We had to order Take Out because I was very ill so along with the regular order for three I ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup, thinking that would be the easiest choice for me. I don't call Chicken Broth ($3 a box) filled with loads of pulled chicken (that was it),.something called SOUP. Check out the ingredients of King Soopers "Organic Chicken Tortilla Soup" and see what I mean. Yes, lots of chicken with nearly clear broth but WHAT WAS THAT for my meal? I am very, very sad to write this about our favourite restaurant but maybe it will wake the cooks up. Ask King Soopers about their Simple Truth Chicken Tortilla Soup.
