My daughter & have eaten at Rosa's twice. What a treat! My daughter had the little seafood tacos & I had a seafood something or other. Both
were delicious. So nice & fresh, I could not stop thinking about the food & I NEVER do that!
Staff was great also. For sure, going back!!!!

Everything about the restaurant is wonderful! The atmosphere, the decor, wonderful staff, drinks are delicious (yes, they serve alcohol) and the food portions are fresh, plentiful and delicious. It is our favorite Longmont Hispanic restaurant!

First time there and I'd go back right now but I'm so full there's no way to eat more. Absolutely amazing. Very busy and a bit noisy but worth everything.
