review_stars 12/23/2007 - Someone who loves fine dining
The worst service I have been to on Pearl Street. Food was good but the service was terrible. Salads came 10 minutes after meal, peoples orders were forgotten or mixed up, the manager did not help out the busy server with (1 table), and so on mix ups with the bill. Sorry Prima, but it was a disastrous night. Sorry for the other guests who experienced it. There are a ton of other great restaurants on Pearl St. Go to them.

This was the worst service I have ever had on Pearle St. NEVER GO HERE!!! There happy hour took as 2 1/2 hours to get through and we were the only table there!!! AWFUL and management rude
