I was pleasantly surprised by the Spicy Salt Squid, which was the best I've had in 40 years, beautifully spiced and served in a generous portion. The Ginger Beef, Fried Rice, and chow mein were also excellent, and the friendly and efficient service added to the enjoyable experience. With a spacious parking lot and a well-adapted delivery system, this restaurant stands out for its authentic Chinese cuisine, making it a regular stop for me whenever I'm in Salmon Arm.
