Federoff's cheesesteaks blew me away with their perfect balance of juicy steak and melted cheese, and the impossible cheesesteak impressed me with its flavorful plant-based twist. The small, vintage-style shop has friendly service and delivers a real Philly vibe, making it worth the wait despite the higher price.
