11:40 PM Saturday night. Music blasting and people hollering and screaming in the "cozy little garden" right by my house, where what it looks like a very loud birthday party is taking place since 4 PM. This is supposed to be a restaurant, not an open air night club. Neither owners nor clients care about people living in the area.
