I tried Knight Sliders at the farmer's market and was impressed by their friendly service and varied menu. The fries with lemon juice and parsley were a nice touch, and the I Need a Break slider with BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese was flavorful. While the price was a bit high for a slider, the fresh ingredients and made-to-order burgers were a definite plus. Overall, Knight Sliders is a good option if you're looking for tasty mini burgers and delicious fries at a decent price.
