I discovered this Meadery through a Facebook ad and decided to give it a shot. I'm thrilled that I did because the mixed case I ordered turned out to be fantastic, especially the Valkyrie's Choice variety that we enjoyed at our tasting night. The recipe cards they include with the mail orders are a nice touch, offering creative cocktail ideas using their mead varieties. Can't wait to try the Ginger Mead recipes and the Orange vodka mix with Nordic Farms sour cranberry mead! Their customer service was exceptional - when there was a mixup with my order, they promptly rectified the situation and even allowed me to enjoy the 'mistaken' products while waiting for the correct one to arrive.
