If you find yourself at UVM Hospital, consider grabbing a bite at Harvest Cafí© - their grilled cheese with mushrooms and peppers is my go-to favorite. The daily specials never disappoint, except maybe the vegetarian shepherds pie if lentils aren't your thing. The affordable Caesar salad and fresh soups make for a satisfying meal option, and the friendly staff add a comforting touch to your hospital visit.
